All boat owners with inboard engines are faced with the same problem:
Even for a normally quite moderate power, a large, heavy and thirsty engine, which is accompanied by very annoying vibrations, has to be accepted.
Now, for the first time, a marine engine with NEANDER technology provides the remedy: it is powerful, and at the same time as a 1 or 2 cylinder engine it is of course much smaller and lighter than a comparable multiple cylinder engine.
The double crankshaft ensures that you only have to do without one thing: vibrations.

The following application-specific advantages are especially important:
In place of the normal gear shift or costly reversing gear, Neander crankshaft technology enables the use of a special variable gear, which only has a forward and a reverse gear.
The construction is both simple and ingenious and because of its two automatic load switching clutches enables a change of the direction of rotation even under full load, without fear of damage to either the components or to the boat. An expensive and maintenance-intensive variable propeller is not required.
A power greater than 35 hp is not necessary for a large proportion of boats. A Neander single cylinder engine would be completely adequate for this. The space which is saved would be ideal for more storage compartments!
