Benjamin Hopkins announced as Aftersales Manager

With vast aftersales experience in the outboard industry with Suzuki and Mercury, Ben will play a pivotal role in ensuring Neander’s aftersales service meets the high expectations required by professional operators.

Benjamin Hopkins comments, “When approached by Neander, I was excited by the prospect of working with a talented group of professionals that are aiming to build a premium brand on the back of high quality motors and service. Neander’s environmental focus was also a big appeal, something that I see is important for the industry to improve upon. I believe that our new pricing policy will open up new opportunities to grow. With higher volumes of sales we need to develop a better training, increase the dealer network and put in place tools to enable our customers to get support when they need it wherever they are.”
